PAYMENT, RETURNS, & REFUNDS


What payment methods do you support?

We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. 


Please Note: If you are using an express checkout such as Paypal or Apple Pay please double check your address as it may need to be updated to a current address


What is the policy on returns?

Please use the form below or contact us at support@frameratemerch.com to discuss any returns and exchanges, refunds and exchanges are on a case by case baises and are unable to be granted if we are not contacted in a timely manner. You are responsible for shipping charges on returns, and we strongly recommend getting tracking on any package you return. For more information on returns, please see our refund and return policy.


How long will my refund take?

Refunds can take 3-5 business days depending on your bank. We are only able to refund transactions that have fully processed. For transactions showing as pending you will need to contact your bank. Shipping costs are not included in refunds unless the order is canceled prior to shipment.

ISSUES WITH AN ORDER

My item arrived and it’s damaged! What should I do?

Oh no! We’re sorry about that. Please use the form below or contact us at support@frameratemerch.com so that we can assist you. Please include your order #, a summary of the issue, and any relevant photos.


My order is missing an item/I got the wrong item. What happened?

Yikes! That’s not good; please use the form below or email us at support@frameratemerch.com and we will figure out what happened! Please note that some large orders and/or Prints may be shipped in two packages. If this occurs, you should receive a note on your packing slips


My package was marked "delivered", but I haven't received it!

We are sorry to hear you did not receive your package. 


The transit and delivery of your package is handled by the carrier (Normally either USPS or UPS) and is outside of our control. You will need to contact your local UPS or post office for more information on the delivery.


For packages delivered by the USPS you can find more information about packages not received or missing packages here: https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Where-is-my-package. Alternatively, you can contact USPS customer care at 1-(800) 275-8777.

Please Note:Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

Yikes! That’s not good; please use the form below or email us at support@frameratemerch.com and we will figure out what happened! Please note that some large orders and/or Prints may be shipped in two packages. If this occurs, you should receive a note on your packing slips

Please Note: Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

How often are items restocked?

Items are restocked as soon as we are able to. However many of the items on our store are custom made and have longer production timelines. Therefore, some high demand items, such as the tri-color hoodies, may take longer. Please follow our Twitter and Instagram accounts for updates on restocks. 


Final sale items are generally being discounted and will not be restocked.


Please Note: Due to current global supply chain issues some items and sizes are very hard to come by and restock time might be longer than normal. Please be sure to sign up for restock notifications so you are emailed when items return. This also helps us know what items to prioritize reordering.

Do you have bulk discounts?

Please note that none of our items are available for re-sale unless purchased directly with us through wholesale. We do not offer bulk discounts on any items. Wholesale is only available to verified vendors and storefronts.


How often do you have sales?


We do not have a set schedule for sales. Sales are limited to special events and holidays. Please note that we do not price adjust for sale prices. Please follow our Twitter and Instagram accounts for updates on any and all sales we have.
