Refund and Return Policy

Our current return policy is 14 days for US orders and 30 days for international orders. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.


Final Sale items and Gift Cards cannot be returned.

Please contact us at Support@FrameRateMerch.com to process a return. Shipping cost on returns are the responsibility of the buyer. All returned items can be sent to the address above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. As long as the item is unused, unwashed, and not damaged your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds can take 7-10 business days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please be sure to contact your bank or credit card if you have not received your refund 10 business days after your refund confirmation. If you have not received your refund and already contacted your bank or credit card, please contact us at support@frameratemerch.com.

Please note refunds for products that arrived damaged may require photographic proof before a refund is processed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please send us an email at support@frameratemerch.com and we will process an exchange.
